Copyright

Unless it says otherwise, we own the copyright in everything on this website and in our products, including:

• the words, pictures, videos and printable designs of Its Treehouse Time (the Pillar Programs, ENJOY, ELEVATE and ENLIGHTS);
• the ITS SUNRISE TIME program, including how it looks and works, its pictures and artwork, the sun, its stages and shine, and the themes (The Wise Librarian, The Sunrise Coach and Plain);
• the tips and messages written for the program and its themes;
• this website, its design and its text.

“ITS SUNRISE TIME”, “Its Treehouse Time” and “Eternitys Eternal” are the names of our products and business. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we made, checked or approved something we did not.

• Look at and share links to our pages.
• Use what you have bought for your own family, as our Terms and Conditions explain. That includes printing the printables you bought for your own family's use.
• Quote a short piece of our writing for study, criticism or review, as long as you say where it came from and the law allows it.

• Copy, sell, rent, share or give away our courses, printables, videos, program or themes.
• Share your private access links or your account with other people.
• Put our work on another website or in another product, or remove our copyright notices.
• Take the program apart to copy how it works, except where the law allows it.

If you would like to use our work with a school or group, please contact us first and we will talk it through.

Everything you create, write or keep in your pages is yours, and so is the picture you choose to sit behind the circle. We claim no ownership of any of it. Your files stay on your own computer.

Parts of ITS SUNRISE TIME use open-source components under their own licences (for example, a library for reading the text of PDF files, under the Apache License 2.0). Their notices belong to their authors, and we will send you a copy of them if you ask.

If you believe something of ours uses your copyright work without permission, please write to us at hello@eternityseternal.com with what it is, where you found it and how we can reach you, and we will look into it promptly.
