Terms and Conditions
Version 2026-10c. Last updated 12 October 2026.
About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Eternitys eternal Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”), trading as Eternitys Eternal, of 2208, Sydney, NSW, Australia. They cover our website at www.eternityseternal.com, the Its Treehouse Time courses and printables (the Its Treehouse Time page), and the ITS SUNRISE TIME program and its themes (the Its Sunrise Time page).
By creating an account, buying something, or using the program, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Who can have an account
- You must give us true details and keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Anyone can have an account, including students under 18. A subscription is paid by card, so the card must belong to someone who is allowed to use it, such as a parent or guardian. Whoever pays is responsible for the payments.
- One account is for one person and runs ITS SUNRISE TIME on one computer. Please do not share it.
Your subscription
- ITS SUNRISE TIME needs an active subscription to run (or a free account that we have given you, described below). The price, in Australian dollars, and the billing period (monthly or yearly) are shown before you pay, and you pay on Stripe's own secure page. You start a subscription on our website.
- You can pause for up to three months (the program keeps working), or cancel at any time. After you cancel, everything keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a payment fails, you have 7 days to fix your card. If you do not, or when a cancelled period ends, ITS SUNRISE TIME stops running until you subscribe again.
- When it stops, your documents are put safely away in your pages on your computer. Nothing is deleted. "Put it all back" returns them to your desktop, and subscribing again brings everything back as it was.
- Themes are bought once, whole or one part at a time, and are yours to keep even if your subscription ends.
- Your account can run ITS SUNRISE TIME on one computer. If you get a new computer, you remove the old one under "Your computer" on your account page on our website, and then sign in on the new one.
Codes: free accounts and discounts
- From time to time we may give you a code. A free-account code gives full use of ITS SUNRISE TIME with nothing to pay. A discount code takes a percentage off a new subscription for a set number of months, such as the first three months free.
- You type a code on our website. Each code can be used once by each account, and some can be used by only a limited number of people or only until a certain date. A code has no cash value and cannot be sold or swapped.
- A discount only applies to a new subscription, as shown on the payment page before you pay. When the discount period ends, your subscription continues at the normal price unless you cancel first, and you can cancel at any time.
- A free account is a gift, not a subscription. We can end free access, for example if a code was shared or sold or used against these terms. Where we can, we will tell you first. Your files and pages stay yours on your computer, and you can subscribe at any time to carry on.
What ITS SUNRISE TIME does on your computer
ITS SUNRISE TIME works on your own Windows or Mac computer. To do its job it:
- moves the files in its circle between your desktop and its own page folders (in your Documents folder), and puts them back where they were;
- changes your desktop wallpaper while it is running, and puts your own wallpaper back when you close it for the day;
- reads the words in documents in the circle, on your computer, to measure how your pages are growing.
On a Mac the circle is a folder called “ITS SUNRISE TIME circle” on your Desktop, instead of a ring of icons on the desktop itself. The files you put in that folder belong to the page that is showing; showing another page swaps them for that page's files, and closing for the day tucks them into the page's own folder. The wallpaper is only changed if you switch that on, only on desktops where the program can first read your own wallpaper (a Mac), and your own wallpaper is written down first and put back when you ask or when you close for the day.
Early version. The Mac version is an early version. It uses the same safe page system as the Windows version, but it is newer and has been tested less. Please keep your own backups of anything important, and tell us if anything does not work as described.
Your files stay on your computer. They are never uploaded to us, and we cannot see them. The program is built so that nothing is deleted and every change can be undone, and “Restore everything” puts your icons, files and wallpaper back as they were. If your computer shuts down suddenly or runs out of battery, the program saves as it goes and checks on the next start that everything is as it should be. Even so, no software is perfect, so please keep your own backups of anything important.
Subscriptions, payments and themes
- We show you the price, how often it is charged, and how to cancel before you pay. Payments are taken by our payment provider, Stripe, and we never see or keep your card number.
- ITS SUNRISE TIME is a subscription. Add-on themes are not: you buy a whole theme or any one part of it once, and it is yours to keep.
- You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep everything until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can change your mind before then.
- You can pause your subscription for up to three months. The program keeps working while it is paused, you are not charged, and the pause ends by itself.
- You can change your plan; a change takes effect at your next renewal unless you choose to switch straight away.
- If a payment fails we will tell you, and the program keeps working for 7 days while you update your card. If it is not fixed, the subscription ends.
- When a subscription ends, the program stops, but the themes you bought stay yours. Your files, pages and scores stay yours on your computer, and Restore everything and Uninstall always work.
Its Treehouse Time courses and printables
When you buy a course or printable from the Its Treehouse Time page, we deliver it digitally to you by email and a private access link. It is licensed for your own family's use. If you would like to use it with a school or group, please contact us first.
Refunds and your consumer rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss. If it is not of acceptable quality and the failure is not major, you are entitled to have it fixed or replaced. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Asking for a refund. Subscriptions and themes are not refunded automatically. If you would like a refund, email us at hello@eternityseternal.com and tell us what happened. We read every request and decide fairly, case by case. Asking costs nothing and does not affect your rights above.
Your licence to use our work
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the program, the themes and the courses you have paid for, on the one computer your account allows at a time, for your own learning. You may not copy, sell, rent, share or give away our work, take it apart to copy how it works, or get around the way themes are unlocked, except where the law allows it. Our Copyright page explains who owns what.
Using the service properly
- Do not try to reach anyone else's account or records, or to break or overload our service.
- Do not use our work for anything unlawful.
- We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms. Where we can, we will warn you first, and your files stay yours either way.
Your own work
Everything you create, write or keep in your pages is yours. We claim no ownership of it. The picture you choose to sit behind the circle stays yours too; the program keeps a copy of it on your computer only.
Changes
We will keep improving the program and may change how it looks and works. We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you and ask you to agree to the new version. Each version has a number at the top of this page, and we record which version you agreed to.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss of data you have not backed up. Where the law lets us limit our responsibility for a failure, we limit it to supplying the product again or paying the cost of supplying it again. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law described above.
Privacy and the law that applies
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales.
