Privacy Policy

This policy covers www.eternityseternal.com, operated by Eternitys eternal Pty Ltd (2208, Sydney, NSW, Australia). It explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.

• Inquiry form: your first name, last name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address, and your confirmation that you want to receive our newsletter.
• Purchases: your email address and order details, so we can deliver what you've bought. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

To reply to your inquiry, send the newsletter you signed up for, and deliver and support anything you purchase. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone else, and we don't use it for advertising.

We use two outside services to run this site: Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for sending emails (including the newsletter). Both only receive what they need to do that job, and both have their own privacy policies covering how they handle it.

This site currently uses only the cookies/local storage strictly needed for it to work (like remembering your cart or checkout session) — no third-party advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated to say so.

Its Treehouse Time is designed for families to use together, but this website itself is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Forms and purchases are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email 1006sdds2022@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
